The Kirkwood Consortium welcomes specific property and development opportunities across multifamily, mixed-use, industrial and flex, adaptive reuse, and strategic land. Cleveland and the Great Lakes are our principal focus.
We welcome conversations with property owners, developers, and prospective capital partners about acquisitions, new development, repositioning, assemblages, and co-development. Begin with the property, its current status, the intended use, and the proposed role for KC. Responsibilities, authority, economics, and any ownership participation must be expressly established for the project.
